The 2024 CGA Conference & Expo will take place April 14-18, 2024 at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.

CGA members will receive an email with registration details in November 2023, when registration opens. Please visit the REGISTRATION page for fees, deadlines, and other registration information.

For CGA members and exhibitors, we have a hotel room block reserved at the Broadmoor. We also have hotel room blocks available at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Courtyard Colorado Springs South, and DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs for those who are not currently CGA members and for members looking to stay elsewhere. Please visit the HOTEL INFORMATION page for more information and rates.Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with links to the hotel room blocks which are available to you.

Rooms are still available in all other event hotels.

Breakfast will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday and lunch will be provided Monday-Wednesday. Food and beverages will also be provided during all networking events including the welcome reception and Night of Networking.

*Exhibitors will be able to attend all educational programming without missing valuable networking time at their booths, as exhibit hall hours and sessions will not overlap.

Cancellations received by February 29, 2024 will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded. Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing to [email protected]. Registrations can be transferred to another colleague within the same company at any time.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Refer to your registration confirmation email sent by [email protected] and click the link to access your attendee portal. Once on the attendee portal page, navigate to the “Contact Information” section and select “Edit Contact Information”. In your attendee portal, you can also submit payment and add special events.

The 2025 CGA Conference & Expo will take place at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL from April 7-11, 2025.
